About the role
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Visual Merchandising or a related field 4–6 years of overall work experience, including at least 2 years in a similar Visual Merchandising role, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
What you'll do
- Responsible for driving the execution of Visual Merchandising standards across all Points of Purchase, ensuring alignment with global guidelines
- Deliver VM training and coaching for store teams across all channels and maintain a network of VM Specialists within each MOB
- Conduct regular store visits and VM audits, providing recommendations to improve execution quality, consumer experience and compliance with brand standards
- Manage the forecasting, ordering and distribution of VM tools, fixtures and display elements for campaigns, activations and new store openings
- Monitor VM budget expenditure and maintain the VM database, including VM assets, store information and deployment tracking
