About the role
: The GM-Strategy & Investments would be working closely with the finance, business teams and CXOs in articulating the broad business plans and targets for the company. He/ She would also work with relevant stakeholders in exploring opportunities pertaining to M&A. Beyond sourcing the right targets, the team stays accountable for integration, providing strategic and operational support to ensure each initiative succeeds
What you'll do
- Perform detailed financial analysis; develop comprehensive financial models and valuation analysis in support of potential transactions
- Work with business units to assess and prioritize transactions to best align with business strategy and growth plans
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and recommendations for senior management review and for board meetings
- Work closely with finance, legal teams and investment banking experts to support the due-diligence process
- Investigate and evaluate mergers and acquisition opportunities including but not limited to identifying prospects
