About the role
We are seeking a Professional Services Manager (PSM) to lead a team of engineers delivering automation solutions within a SOAR-driven environment while remaining hands-on in customer delivery. This is a player-coach role, combining deep technical execution across Swimlane Platforms and automation use cases with active coaching, mentorship, and team leadership.

- Contribute to customer implementations, integrations, and migrations
- Act as a technical escalation point for team members
- Drive delivery quality and consistency
- Conduct performance reviews and development planning
- Partner cross-functionally across PM, TAM, and technical teams
