You'll sit at the heart of our AI transformation, acting as the critical bridge between L&H business stakeholders, AI/data teams, and technology delivery. From shaping requirements and defining MVPs to ensuring quality and validating outcomes, your work will directly influence how AI-enabled analytics and decision-support products come to life — and how much our business trusts and adopts them.
What you'll do
- Business Analysis & Product Shaping
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with internal L&H business partners across underwriting, in-force management, operations, and actuarial functions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, shape use cases, and define MVP scope aligned with the long-term AI product vision
- Capture and document complex business requirements , translating them into clear, actionable functional and non-functional specifications
- Ensure requirements reflect business value , usability, and operational realities at every stage of delivery
