About the role
The LV Panel Testing & Installation Technician/Engineer is responsible for the installation, assembly, alignment, testing, and commissioning support of Low Voltage (LV) switchgear panels and associated electrical systems. The role ensures all installation activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, electrical standards, and quality requirements.
What you'll do
- Perform busbar jointing and interconnection activities
- Terminate power and control cables according to wiring schematics and cable schedules
- Ensure proper earthing and bonding of panels and associated equipment
- Testing & Commissioning Support
- Conduct insulation resistance tests, continuity tests, and cable checks
