The Plant Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and optimizing plant performance to support project timelines and objectives.
What you'll do
- Establish project plans, tasks, resources, and ownership to ensure timelines are met
- Coordinate internal and external resources for the planning and execution of projects
- Proactively work to remove project obstacles, identify, and manage issue escalations, and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities
- Provide timely status reports and program summaries including scope/schedule/quality risks, project status, resource allocation and customer impact
- Assures customer delivery and quality is not impacted by project execution
