About the role
The Cyber Delivery Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery and operational governance of cybersecurity and IAM services provided by external vendors and internal teams. This role ensures service quality, contractual compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across Security and IAM services.
What you'll do
- Multi-vendor & Contract Management
- Coordinate and align multiple external service providers involved in Security and IAM services
- Monitor vendor performance against contractual commitments, SLAs, and KPIs
- Identify service gaps, overlaps, risks, and dependencies across providers and drive corrective actions with the service owner and internal teams
- Support contract lifecycle activities, including contract preparation renewals, service transitions, and onboarding of new providers
