Solution Architect - ITSM 1

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the strategic design, delivery, and optimization of BMC Helix implementations across the enterprise. As a Solution Architect, you will provide mentorship and thought leadership in BMC Helix platform architecture, integration design, development standards, and platform governance.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, delivery, and optimization of BMC Helix solutions aligned with global business strategy
• Define architecture standards, roadmap, and governance for BMC Helix modules
• Mentor teams and Business in BMC Helix architecture, integration, and development standards
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of BMC Helix and digital solutions, acting as a change agent
• Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and automation using BMC Helix. Drive AI-driven service management, orchestration
