What you'll do
- Strategic Leadership & Delivery Commitment: Provide senior-level engineering management for the EMC Cloud Platform project
- Instill a culture of extreme ownership, commitment, and urgency to meet critical project timelines without sacrificing the stability or quality of the product
- People Management, Hiring & Team Growth: Take full ownership of the end-to-end people management lifecycle
- Actively drive talent acquisition by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top-tier full-stack and cloud engineering talent; establish clear career progression paths
- Ensure the team understands the "why" behind the product, driving features that directly solve real-world customer pain points and improve user experience
