About the role
We are seeking a data-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to own the paid media strategy for our diverse portfolio. You will not just be "running ads"; you will be engineering lead pipelines for intangible services (PR) and high-value technical projects (Solar/Hydrogen). You will manage substantial budgets across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta , ensuring that every rupee spent contributes to a measurable pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
