About the role
Overview The Principal Full Stack Engineer is a technology leader responsible for end-to-end design, backend/frontend integration, and system scalability. This role requires deep expertise in C#/.NET, Angular, SQL, and AWS platform. In addition to defining technical strategy, the role demands strong problem-solving skills to turn around underperforming products and modernize legacy systems.
What you'll do
- Responsible for end-to-end design, backend/frontend integration, and system scalability
- Define and evangelize coding standards Lead the adoption of modern backend and frontend technologies to improve performance and maintainability
- Implement refactoring strategies for monolithic applications, migrating to microservices where needed
- Optimize database performance, indexing, and query tuning to ensure scalability
- Improve API reliability, reduce latency, and optimize system integrations
