What you'll do
- Manage Product Managers and UX Designers, onshore and offshore, including line management, performance management, professional development, interviewing, and onboarding
- Own a discipline within the department and manage a global team
- Lead creation of the overall product vision and roadmap in partnership with leadership
- Establish a cohesive product strategy and roadmap across proposal, pricing, and contracting technologies, while directly owning one or more complex products
- Translate and prioritize business needs into technical and analytical requirements, product requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes
