What you'll do
- Actively participates in recurring or adhoc calls involving other resourcing team members, Therapeutic Area team members, Portfolio Leaders
- Manages confidential information regarding upcoming resource leaves, terminations, or organizational changes
- Completes daily STAT Request reviews and processes in full
- Provides independent data QC, highlights key data issues, and engages with business partners to correct them or to reinforce process and notifying Manager
- Reviews and analyzes Assigned and Available GRM export reports, Budget Validation Report
