About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Forecast Specialist to develop, maintain, and analyze project and study forecasts that support operational and financial decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with Clinical Operations, Finance, Project Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure forecast accuracy, identify risks, and provide actionable business insights.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain project/study forecasts using operational and financial data
- Analyze forecast assumptions, trends, and variances against actual performance
- Monitor enrollment, milestones, site activations, and project timelines to improve forecast accuracy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather forecast inputs and validate assumptions
- Support monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, governance reviews, and management reporting
