What you'll do
- The Principal Tech Vendor Relations Analyst is responsible for managing complex technology vendor relationships across the full commercial and operational lifecycle
- This role serves as the senior operational owner for vendor engagements, ensuring contracts, SOWs, renewals, and ongoing vendor performance are commercially sound
- The position acts as a central coordination point between vendors and internal stakeholders including Procurement, Legal, Finance/AP, Security, Architecture
- Serve as Vendor Relationship Owner (VRO) for assigned technology vendors, including strategic software publishers and outsourced delivery partners
- Manage outsourced and managed service vendor contracts across the full lifecycle, including SOW development, execution, renewals, amendments, and terminations
