Senior Workforce Data Analyst

What you'll do

• Partner with HRBPs, COEs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions and insights
• Conduct advanced workforce analysis across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance, engagement, retention, turnover
• Develop workforce forecasts and scenario-based analyses to support hiring strategies, capacity planning, and business decision-making
• Support the development, validation, and enhancement of predictive analytics models related to attrition, hiring demand, workforce trends, and talent outcomes
• Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources, including Workday, Power BI, Databricks, survey platforms, Excel, and other enterprise systems to identify patterns
