What you'll do
- Leads end to end contracting related to clinical, commercial, corporate vendor contracts for products and services including but not limited to reviewing and negotiating…
- Frequently leads negotiations with vendor’s legal team
- Responds to and advises on legal related requests and inquiries from business teams and drafts
- Strong communicator – is able to professionally handle emails, messages, and calls internally and with external vendors and clients
- Partners with the business stakeholders to structure, negotiate and advise on contractual matters
