Director - SoC Verification at Synopsys (incl. Ansys). Lead and grow a multi-team SoC verification organization delivering customer-facing services across automotive, aerospace, defense, and high-performance computing.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow a multi-team SoC verification organization delivering customer-facing services across automotive, aerospace, defense, and high-performance computing
- Define and drive SSG verification strategy, including methodology standards, signoff criteria, VIP and tool deployment
- Own organizational planning including headcount, hiring, succession, performance management, and skill development to build scalable verification capability
- Partner with sales and account teams to scope opportunities, assess technical and resource risk, prioritize work against capacity
- Serve as executive-level technical authority on complex SoC verification challenges, escalations, and convergence across multi-protocol, multi-domain
