About the role
Principal Program Manager, Enterprise AI Strategy & Governance at Synopsys (incl. Ansys). Lead and scale Synopsys' enterprise AI Governance operating model across GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, third-party AI solutions, and internal AI applications.
What you'll do
- Partner with Legal, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Compliance, Procurement, Engineering, Product, IT, and business stakeholders to evaluate AI technologies and use cases
- Operationalize governance frameworks including NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF), ISO/IEC 42001, and Responsible AI principles
- Define governance patterns for Agentic AI systems, including access controls, monitoring, auditability, and lifecycle management
- Drive AI Academy initiatives in partnership with People and business leaders to build AI literacy, responsible AI awareness
- Develop governance metrics, executive dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to drive transparency, accountability
