What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end IP development programs for tier-one customers, from initial requirements through silicon bring-up
- Plan and drive program schedules across standard IP deliveries, custom IP development, and foundry process technology node transitions
- Identify, track, and escalate technical and schedule risks, driving issues to resolution across internal development teams and external customer stakeholders
- Coordinate IP integration activities with customer SoC design teams, ensuring successful acquisition, integration, and silicon validation
- Translate customer SoC requirements into actionable development plans, working with R&D to align IP roadmaps with customer product timelines
