About the role
We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Modeling & Texturing Artist to join the SYNOVATIVE team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, realistic textures, and detailed materials for architectural visualization and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Blender, a good understanding of 3D modeling techniques, UV mapping, material creation, and realistic texturing.
What you'll do
- Create high-quality 3D models for architectural visualization and real estate projects
- Develop realistic textures, materials and shaders for 3D assets
- Perform UV unwrapping and UV mapping for accurate texture application
- Set up PBR materials to achieve realistic surfaces and finishes
- Create and refine detailed models based on architectural drawings, references and project requirements
