- Develop and Enforce Project SHE Strategy: 📜 Establish the comprehensive Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Management Plan and System Safety Program Plan (SSPP)
- This includes setting project-wide SHE targets, integrating specialized procedures for working at height (elevated sections), and ensuring compliance with all local
- High-Risk Activity Management & Oversight: Direct the rigorous assessment and control of high-risk construction activities, specifically related to elevated structures
- Incident Management and Prevention: Establish and manage the Incident/Accident/Near-Miss reporting, investigation
- Ensure the timely implementation and verification of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence
