What you'll do
- Contract Expert (Civil) assists Chief Contract Manager in management and interpretation of all contracts signed between the APMRCL and Detailed Design…
- Review & analyze requests from Contractor and/or Consultants for variations, check stage payments and statutory & contractual recoveries thereof
- Advise chief contract Managers on matters that must be referred to the employer as per contract for acceptance final decision
- Assist the Chief Contract Manager in all contract closure at the end of the project
- Maintain documentation for all contractual communications and approval
