About the role
We are seeking applications for the position of K4 Safety Engineer (Civil) for Mumbai Metro Line 10 & 12 Project.
What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management plans, policies, and procedures specific to civil construction activities
- Ensure integration of safety protocols in all project phases, including site preparation, excavation, viaduct construction, foundations, and related civil works
- Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, contract requirements, and approved safety plans
- Identify unsafe practices or conditions and initiate immediate corrective measures
- Ensure proper implementation of safety signage, fencing, barricading, and traffic management at civil work sites
