What you'll do
- Prepare and evaluate contracts related to system works (signaling, telecom, rolling stock, power supply, SCADA, AFC, etc.)
- Oversee tendering processes, assess technical and financial bids, and ensure transparent contractor selection
- Monitor execution of system contracts, track compliance with technical specifications, and enforce contractual obligations
- Evaluate contractor claims, negotiate settlements, and support resolution of disputes specific to system packages
- Ensure contracts adhere to international standards, safety regulations, and project guidelines for system integration
