About the role
We are seeking applications for the position of Urban Finance and Economy expert for upcoming Urban building Infrastructure project.
What you'll do
- Conduct economic and financial feasibility studies for Urban Water Metro and related urban infrastructure projects
- Assess project viability through cost-benefit analysis, economic rate of return (ERR), financial internal rate of return (FIRR), and sensitivity analysis
- Develop financial and economic models to support project planning and investment decisions
- Support structuring and implementation of PPP projects
- Undertake financial assessment of PPP models, concession arrangements, and risk allocation mechanisms
