About the role

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Client Relationship and Development person to manage the firm’s growth initiatives. This role is responsible for formulating and executing client relationship and development strategies, brand positioning, client engagement, and campaigns.

What you'll do

• Independently identify and generate new business leads and opportunities
• Connect and build relationships with senior-level prospects and decision- makers
• Arrange and coordinate meetings with prospective clients for the Partners
• Regularly meet prospects, follow up on opportunities and maintain the BD pipeline
