Through the delivery of the People Strategy, you will contribute to our aims of creating an inclusive, flexible, and high-performing working culture, with a diverse and talented workforce.

What you'll do

• Providing day-to-day support for the strategy team such as conducting research, analyzing competition, and helping to shape creative briefs
• Implementing policies and procedures surrounding People processes that represent innovative, best practices for the company
• Assisting the management in enabling strategic planning and operations for the team, tracking OKRs, and establishing internal processes
• Supporting employees with issues and queries regarding people policies, procedures, and programs
