- Defining IT architecture for customers, including IT development plans and lifecycle management , aligned with portfolio strategy
- Analyzing existing IT landscapes and identifying areas for consolidation and harmonization of systems and processes
- Advising at the C-level , ensuring alignment between business goals and IT strategy
