- Hands-on expertise with Asset Manager Tool, ServiceNow, CMDB, CSDM, and SACM processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain best practice standards, policies, and procedures for planning, recording, monitoring, and maintaining hardware and software assets
- Design and implement continuous lifecycle management of configuration items (CIs)
- Ensure SACM processes are fit for purpose, compliant with regulations, and aligned with organizational norms
- Responsible for process design, framework creation, and governance
