About the role

The role involves managing physical and virtual server environments, performing migrations, ensuring system performance, and supporting cloud and automation initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead and support Windows & VMware server operations, including builds and rebuilds of physical and virtual servers
- Manage day-to-day operations of Windows servers (2012/2016/2019) with strong troubleshooting and performance tuning abilities
- Perform server hardware operations including RAID, ILO, Firmware, and vendor platforms (HP, IBM, DELL, Lenovo)
- Oversee VMware environments across vSphere (5.x, 6.x, 7.x), including deployment, configuration, and management
- Execute P2V, V2V, vMotion, and vCenter operations
