What you'll do

• Define and maintain TÜV SÜD’s global Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) governance framework, policies, minimum standards, roles, and escalation processes
• Develop and execute the global OH&S strategy and roadmap, with focus on high-risk activities such as laboratory, field inspection, electrical, travel, contractor
• Establish and manage global OH&S reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and management reviews, ensuring transparency of risks, incidents, and performance trends
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 45001-aligned management systems, self-assessments, assurance activities, and audit programs
• Lead and coordinate the global network of regional and local Health & Safety Managers, providing guidance, support, and capability development
