What you'll do

• The Social Compliance Auditor is responsible for conducting social compliance audits in accordance with applicable international standards, client codes of conduct
• Review documentation including payroll records, labor contracts, statutory registers, and policy documents
• Conduct worker and management interviews
• Identify non-conformities and document audit findings accurately
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports in line with internal quality and accreditation requirements
