Sr.Talent Acqusition- IT/Product Management

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished, high-caliber recruiting professional to spearhead end-to-end recruitment across our Engineering & Product Management verticals. In this role, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership—including VPs, Engineering leader and Heads of Product.

What you'll do

• Strategic Stakeholder Management & Advisory
• Partner closely with Technology and Product leadership to translate multi-quarter product roadmaps into structured capacity models and actionable hiring plans
• Lead Requisition Kickoffs & Calibration: Facilitate structured intake sessions and drive alignment on evaluation criteria before roles go live
• Host recurring Weekly Business Reviews and operational hiring updates with functional leaders, using data to highlight pipeline health, interview velocity
• End-to-End Recruitment Execution & Velocity
