- Learning and onboarding design
- Create role-based learning journeys from role, process, system, and capability needs
- Assess learning needs and define objectives, curricula, assessments, and proficiency levels
- Develop onboarding plans, facilitator materials, job aids, and knowledge resources
- Coordinate content reviews and approvals with subject matter experts and control owners
