About the role
In this Senior Manager level role, you will help shape and deliver evidence generation strategy across India and Southeast Asia. You will play a key role in identifying local evidence gaps and translating them into scientifically rigorous, feasible, patient-focused, and compliant research plans.
What you'll do
- Lead evidence strategy development by identifying and prioritizing local evidence gaps and translating them into robust, feasible research plans
- Guide studies through their lifecycle from concept and protocol development through execution, analysis, reporting, closeout, and dissemination
- Align local and global priorities by representing India and Southeast Asia evidence needs in regional and global planning and governance
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery with medical, research, regulatory, access, data, legal, compliance, procurement, and finance partners
- Manage external research partners against agreed expectations for scope, quality, budget, and timelines
