GCM Transition Lead - HR

About the role

The GCM HR Transition Lead is responsible for transition methodology and tools for supporting central tracking and program-level project management on behalf of the GCM Transition Head, while defining, maintaining, and enabling the transition methodology, standards, tools, and frameworks that underpin the GCM transition program.

What you'll do

• Support central program-level project management activities, including maintenance of the integrated transition plan, milestone tracking, dependency management
• Coordinate cross-wave planning and sequencing, identifying interdependencies and resource conflicts and flagging these to the GCM Transition Head for resolution
• Design and maintain program-level transition tracking dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Consolidate status reporting from all transition waves and BU/BFs into integrated programme-level views for governance forums, senior leadership
