About the role
We are seeking a strong Senior Analyst to serve as a hands-on contributor across Tableau dashboarding and commercial analytics within Takeda's GCC Commercial Insights & Analytics (I&A) organization in India. This role carries significant individual analytical ownership — building enterprise-grade reporting and dashboards in Tableau while independently delivering mid-to-high complexity commercial analytics workstreams that inform global brand strategy.
What you'll do
- Reporting & Dashboarding Excellence — Tableau
- Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that communicate brand performance, patient journey dynamics, HCP engagement
- Apply strong Tableau capabilities — LOD expressions, parameters and actions, table calculations
- Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics — patient shares, new starts, duration of therapy (DoT), adherence, source of business
- Maintain data models, extracts, and refresh pipelines feeding dashboards to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance
