What you'll do
- Setup and configuration of the ServiceNow Discovery module to identify and map IT infrastructure components, including servers, applications, databases
- Develop and maintain MID Server configurations for executing discovery probes and patterns
- Ensure discovered data is populated accurately in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Validate CI (Configuration Item) relationships and dependencies with business services
- Work collaboratively with CMDB and ITSM teams to align with organizational processes
