What you'll do
- Drive end-to-end Source-to-Contract process for defined Indirect and Commercial Indirect categories (e.g. Professional Services, HR, Facilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with Global Category Manager direction and business needs
- Identify and drive value levers (cost, demand, innovation, risk, ESG); support Category Managers to drive value
- Accountability and ownership on relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, when managed by the value delivery team
- Have a primary anchor position related to a specific category but would be expected to flex and work in other categories as appropriate
