About the role
We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer to design, develop, and scale our backend systems. You will lead backend architecture, build high-performance microservices and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Python, FastAPI, Django and other frameworks and ensure system scalability, security, and reliability.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Python, FastAPI, Django and other related framework
- Lead backend architecture and technical design decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and distributed systems
- Mentor and guide backend developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
- Collaborate with product, frontend, AI, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
