About the role
You will define scalable Salesforce solution patterns, review technical approaches, standardise implementation practices, and ensure customers go live cleanly with minimal post-delivery issues. You will also act as the technical bridge between Delivery, Engineering, Product, and implementation teams.
What you'll do
- Own solution design, technical reviews, and architecture decisions across Salesforce implementations
- Review technical approaches and validate solution feasibility, scalability, security, and maintainability
- Standardise recurring customisations into reusable templates, accelerators, and implementation patterns
- Define and maintain Salesforce best practices and enforce them through technical reviews
- Design standardised approaches for Salesforce upgrades and complex customer implementations
