About the role
We are hiring a hands-on Backend Engineer with strong design instincts and real-world experience building scalable, event-driven systems . You will work on highly available backend services powered by Java 17+, Spring Boot, Kafka , and modern data stores. The role requires a self-driven engineer who can independently deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot
- Architect, build, and optimize Kafka-based streaming applications ensuring high throughput & reliability
- Design microservices and event-driven architectures aligned with industry standards
- Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to convert requirements into robust technical designs
- Optimize performance, implement observability, and ensure system scalability & health
