• Define and execute the technology strategy in alignment with the company's business goals, focusing on scalability, innovation, and customer satisfaction
• Lead the development and deployment of robust, secure, and scalable technology solutions using Java, Python, and .NET frameworks
• Oversee the entire technology department, including software development, network infrastructure, and data security
• Manage and expand a team of skilled technology professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and innovation
• Collaborate with other C-suite executives to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive company growth and competitive advantage
