About the role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Domain Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our customer's business processes, identifying critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and leveraging your expertise in factory automation, PLC, and Cygnet SCADA to gather functional and technical requirements.
What you'll do
- Understand the business processes of our customers and their specific needs
- Identify and prioritize business-critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Utilize your expertise in Factory Automation, including PLC and Cygnet SCADA
- Gather functional, technical, and integration requirements for MES solutions
- Engage with Subject Matter Experts, plant users, and various stakeholders to conduct AS-IS and TO-BE studies of the current MES landscape
