About the role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable IFS ERP Support Analyst for a short-term contract engagement. This is a back-office role focused on backend configuration, issue resolution, and support enhancements within IFS Applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across IFS ERP modules, particularly in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance.
What you'll do
- Deliver backend functional and technical support for IFS ERP (primarily Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance modules)
- Investigate and resolve tickets involving system errors, data discrepancies, and business process issues
- Execute system configuration changes based on requirements received from onshore leads
- Perform ongoing monitoring, data corrections, and support patch deployments
- Maintain accurate system documentation, configuration logs, and test scripts
