About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant to join our Business Systems Team. This role is instrumental in driving successful CRM solution delivery across Commercial and Marketing functions. As a strategic advisor and technical expert, you will lead workshops, gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and mentor the CRM Scrum Team through all stages of the project lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Act as a senior consultant and technical lead on Dynamics 365 initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders and stream leads to address complex business needs
- Conduct and lead workshops for requirement elicitation, solutioning, and stakeholder alignment
- Assist in the design of high-impact CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies
- Own and champion the Dynamics development roadmap, keeping abreast of new platform features and aligning them with business value
- Lead the technical delivery and ensure adherence to architectural standards, customer requirements, and platform best practices
