About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Network Engineer to join our remote team in India, supporting our European customers. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing secure network infrastructure primarily working with FortiGate firewalls and Azure-based networking . If you have a solid foundation in firewalls, VPNs, and basic networking principles, and you're eager to grow in a cloud-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Configure and support network security devices , primarily FortiGate firewalls (major part of the role)
- Maintain site-to-site VPNs and assist with firewall rule management
- Support Azure networking tasks such as VNets, NSGs, routing, and VPN gateways
- Occasionally assist with basic AWS networking (minimal)
- Handle basic on-prem network support (switches, cabling, connectivity checks— below CCNA level)
