About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle ASCP & Demantra Specialist to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the setup, functionality, integration, and support of Demantra and ASCP applications within the Oracle E-Business Suite environment. Your expertise in these systems will be essential in ensuring efficient operations and providing timely support to both technical and business stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of daily support activities, including the resolution of tickets. Act as a liaison between business and technical leads to ensure timely issue resolution
- Provide innovative solutions to complex issues by meticulously analyzing root causes and the potential impact of defects
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure the closure of urgent or high-severity tickets within SLA, as well as month/quarter/year-end closures
