About the role
We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants with strong hands-on expertise in: (Absence Management – Mandatory for specific positions) The consultant will lead functional implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with a strong emphasis on Redwood adoption and ORC transformations.
What you'll do
- Lead functional implementation and configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Design and enable Redwood-based UI transformations across HCM modules
- Configure and support Core HR (Workforce Structures, Assignments, Legal Entities, Person Management)
- Configure Absence Management (for applicable roles): absence types, accrual plans, eligibility profiles
- Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions
